Ndapile (Napily) graduated with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2014 and has been working in clinical settings ever since. With over 10 years of experience in both hospital and private practice environments, she enjoys working with patients of all ages, from children to adults.
Ndapile has a particular interest in pelvic health, which inspired her to further her career in Australia. She successfully completed a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy with a Major in Continence and Pelvic Health at Curtin University.
Her approach to patient care is deeply empathetic and holistic, focusing not only on alleviating symptoms but also on identifying and addressing root causes. By helping her patients gain a better understanding of their conditions, she develops personalised management strategies tailored to their unique needs.
In addition to her expertise in pelvic health, Ndapile is trained in clinical Pilates (APPI), dry needling, and musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She integrates these techniques into her rehabilitation programs, ensuring treatments are effective, functional, and engaging. She remains committed to staying up-to-date with advancements in physiotherapy to provide the best care possible.
Outside of work, family is central to Ndapile’s life. As a mother, she draws inspiration to learn, create, and find meaningful ways to serve others. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes, traveling, and exploring new places with her loved ones.
